Everything you need to know about measuring training ROI and proving capability change.

Platform Overview

Saqr Intelligence is the reporting and analytics layer that proves training investments moved capability. It translates learning outcomes into defensible business value that survives executive and CFO scrutiny. It's designed to answer one question: "Did training work?"

An LMS manages training delivery — scheduling, content, completion tracking. Saqr Intelligence measures training outcomes — capability change, ROI calculation, and compliance evidence. We don't replace your LMS; we tell you whether what your LMS delivered actually worked.

Saqr Skills (the Voice Assessment Platform) conducts AI-powered voice assessments that measure applied capability through realistic conversations. Saqr Intelligence receives those assessment results and transforms them into executive dashboards, ROI calculations, and compliance reports. One measures, one interprets.

No. Saqr Intelligence never creates, edits, or interprets assessment logic. It consumes finalized results only. Competencies, rubrics, and scoring are owned entirely by the Assessment Platform. Our job starts after measurement is complete.

Measurement & ROI

Normalized gain is a learning science standard formula: (Post − Pre) ÷ (100 − Pre). It measures improvement relative to how much room there was to improve. This prevents penalizing employees who start with high baselines — a 70→85 improvement is valued appropriately compared to 20→50.

ROI = Employee Cost × Normalized Gain × Applicability Factor × Population. Employee Cost is fully-loaded (salary + benefits + overhead). Applicability Factor is a conservative 0-1 scale that accounts for how much the skill affects real work. Population includes only employees with paired pre/post data.

This is our label for ROI calculations. It's explicitly not revenue, not profit — it's a directional, conservative estimate of productivity value based on measured capability change. The label exists to prevent misrepresentation and survive CFO scrutiny.

Satisfaction surveys measure "Was it enjoyable?" not "Did skills transfer?" Training budgets get cut because satisfaction looks unprovable. We provide assessment-based proof of skill change — comparing the same test before and after training. Apples to apples.

Data & Privacy

We receive finalized assessment results (scores, competencies, timestamps, confidence levels), enrollment data, and optional financial data for ROI calculation. We never receive partial results, abandoned sessions, raw transcripts, or audio recordings.

Three modes protect privacy: Full Transparency (managers see identity + scores), Manager-Blind (managers see team aggregates only — this is the default), and Fully Anonymous (everyone sees cohort aggregates only). Once set, mode is immutable — no retroactive exposure.

It depends on role and anonymity mode. In Manager-Blind mode (default), managers see only aggregate trends and status badges. HR sees more detail. Auditors can access evidence for compliance. Executives see company-wide aggregates only — no individual drill-down ever.

No. Transcripts and recordings are never shown in Saqr Intelligence dashboards. This evidence exists in the Assessment Platform and is accessible only through restricted audit pathways with full logging.

Roles & Access

Company-wide capability change, ROI estimates, compliance percentages, and risk indicators. Executives can toggle date ranges to compare periods. They explicitly cannot see individual names, scores, or evidence. Design target: full picture in under 60 seconds.

Managers see their team's aggregate compliance %, capability trend (directional), and roster with status badges. They cannot see scores. HR sees the same plus drill-down by program/provider, enrollment management tools, and can access individual assessment metadata (not transcripts) if policy-enabled.

Auditors get read-only access to compliance status, completion timestamps, certification records, and audit trail. They can export evidence packs (immutable, hashed, metadata-stamped). They cannot trigger enrollments or send reminders.
